I just got my black English lab puppy 2 days ago she is perfect! The shoppe was very clean and the staff was so friendly and spoke to me like we’ve known each other rather than just a customer giving them money, and they clearly care and treat all the animals with love! Raquel was specifically so amazing! Made me feel so comfortable with purchasing this puppy as I’m someone who has only rescued. She reassured me and validated all of my questions infact she still is even after already getting my puppy lol! She is so sweet! All the girls in there are!

Entering the pet shop for a second time, we were only there to visit with the puppies and spend some time. After meeting Raquel & Tara, they were amazing and very professional. We wound up leaving with our new puppy a mini golden doodle and we couldn't be happier. They're the best and we really appreciate the way they helped us find our new baby. They helped us along the entire process and couldn't be happier. Thanks

We recently brought home our puppy, Cinnamon, from The Pet Shoppe and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, the staff was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about the dogs and about us as new owners. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Yes, the puppy is expensive — but you truly get what you pay for. We received complete paperwork from a certified breeder, including a certificate of pedigree (where we later found Cinnamon has champion bloodlines), family photos, medical certification, microchip information, and full vaccination records. Everything was organized and transparent, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. They also work closely with veterinarians and include complimentary vet visits for up to six months, which is a huge plus and shows they care about the long-term health of their puppies, not just the sale. I know people often say “don’t get a dog from a pet shop because you never know what you’re going to get” — but this experience was different. Cinnamon is healthy, happy, well-socialized, and clearly well cared for from the beginning. We’re incredibly grateful to The Pet Shoppe for bringing such a wonderful puppy into our family. Thank you for your professionalism, transparency, and for giving us such an amazing dog.

Me and my family had the best experience ! From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly not just the dogs haha. We ended up getting a German Shepherd and the process couldn’t have been any easier. They provided so much information and you could tell they really care for the animals. We are so happy with Our new member of the family Saidee ! Thank you guys for this amazing experience!

When I first came in I expected not to walk out with any puppies and ended up walking out with two, Raquel has given me and my family lots of amazing advice for how to take care of them and how to feed them. Everyone here was amazing, the puppies I walked home with are amazing and very healthy and energetic, best experience I could’ve wished for with getting these puppies

I had such an amazing experience thanks to Raquel and Shannon! From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. You can really tell they care about the animals and about making sure each customer finds the right fit. Their guidance meant so much, and I never felt rushed or pressured at any point.And of course, I am absolutely in love with my puppy 🐶❤️ She is perfect happy, healthy, and already such a wonderful addition to my home. I got my first puppy from the Pet Shoppe about two days ago!! Staff were welcoming, informant, and very supportive. Super clean environment, every puppy seemed relaxed and comfortable. I got all of my puppy's info in an organized file, including family background, shots, and no questions were left unanswered. This place is NOT a puppy mill, Highly recommend!!

The Pet Shoppe gave us our two fur children who were the best addition to our family. Dana was thorough with information and anything to be aware of since they were puppies. They both were microchipped, registered with AKC, and up to date on vaccines and we were provided paperwork with all that information. The place was clean and well run, we even got the breeders information which made us feel there was open communication and transparency which was important to my husband and I when getting puppies. They got a clean bill of health when we took them to our own vet and all the paperwork was correct and confirmed. They gave us two beautiful blessings, Stella and Henry who are happy and such sweet babies. They fit in so perfectly with our lifestyle and already are a vital part of the family. Highly recommend them!

Raquel was the absolute BEST! She walked us through the whole process and was so kind and welcoming. The place was amazing and I wanted to take every single puppy home. I just bought an adorable cavalier King Charles spaniel for my mom since we lost our family dog about a year ago. I wouldn’t recommend getting another dog from any place other than this!!!!!
